The hotel is a bit older, you can see that here and there but it has charm and a great location. The surrounding area is lively and not overcrowded with tourists. Metro's not far. But we also ran to the Seine and Notre Dame. The staff was always very friendly.

The location was perfect and very quiet. Right around the corner there is a supermarket where you could buy snacks and water. It took us about 15 minutes with eRollers to get to the Louvre.
Unfortunately, the walls are a little clairaudient. In the bathroom there were wool mice in the corners and the soap dispenser was above the toilet and not next to the sink - also a little too high. Kids can't get there unless they climb onto the toilet seat.

The classic room has a trendy design with a comfortable mattress and a flatscreen TV, and the location is fantastic, allowing easy walking access to various parts of the city and being super close to the Metro.

Great soundproof and modern room with a balcony for some fresh air. Amazing location near Carnavalet Museum, so you can just walk there. It's only 20 km away from the airport which is pretty convenient. ✨

Location is excellent. Room is after renovation, gives a very nice atmosphere for a couple to stay in. The renovation is still in progress in the low level floors. Didn't cause us any noise or other trouble.
The room is very small. Free Internet isn't included. Breakfast isn't included. No refrigerator in the room. AC in the room didn't work. Expensive for its comfort.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Hotel De Neuve. The staff went above and beyond to make my trip enjoyable. When I encountered an issue with the water tank, they immediately resolved it and even waived off one night of my stay. Their commitment to excellent service truly impressed me. The room was clean and cozy, and the shower was great. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the metro station Saint Paul on the central line 1, making it easy to explore different areas of Paris. It is also within walking distance to many great areas and sights in the city. the proximity to Rue Rivoli, just a block away, is a great advantage for traveling to all the popular attractions.
The hotel could benefit from some maintenance and updates to ensure that the facilities are in good working condition.

The staff was pleasant enough, and I did need a similar location. It was convenient to use Booked.net.
I did not like the fact that the hotel was overpriced, with the room so small it was impossible for two people to move around in the space. Rates seemed to vary wildly, based on which night was booked. The web site was somewhat deceptive as to what you were getting for that price. It was not a good value as compared to the others we stayed at in the same area, such as Hotel Nice and Hotel Place Des Vosges. The hotel lacked charm, convenience or value: any of the reasons for booking a 2 star place.

staff were very helpful and friendly, comfortable bed, good size room, clean, hotel located in quiet area, especially at night. (except that there's a school opposite, but it doesn't seem to start till after 8). roomy and clean bathroom with shower! very close to two metro stations.
no space for suitcase except on the floor. small elevator that took us two trips to get our two bags up.
